Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items must be returned in their original and unused condition. Items should be unwashed/unaltered with original tags.

All items must be shipped back within 30 days after they are received.

We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Returns sent back to our Returns Center that have not been authorized will be charged a $10 manual processing fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
SALE items from SALE section are FINAL sales and nonreturnable. 

Exchanges
For the exchanges, exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping cost for the new item is on us.
If you would like to receive your new item faster return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
With limited exceptions, returns are refunded in the form of online store credit redeemable at balilane.com given that items are returned in full accordance with our Return Policy. Bali Lane does not refund the original shipping charges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and update you on your return status. 

Depending on the carrier selected and shipping method, your return package may take up to two weeks to reach us. Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Returns Department. 

Helpful Tips: Bali Lane is not responsible for returns until they reach our Returns Department. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Bali Lane will not issue a store credit refund for your returns.
